Lake Springs House was our first cabin and is situated in a stunning position which looks over a half-mile stretch of water and islands. This one-storey house has 2 bedrooms and sleeps a total of 4 people. The beds can be requested as either doubles, singles or as a combination. This house has a large area of lawn around it where a number of specimen trees are planted. 

 

 

Upon entering this property you are greeted with an open plan living area with a cozy wood burning stove, dining table and kitchen, all in view of this stunning outlook. The property has one modern bathroom with power shower and bath. The open plan kitchen is designed and finished with modern appliances and you have all the mod cons you need to cater for a stylish dinner or a simple meal for two. All utensils and crockery are provided ensuring a truly “home from home” experience. 

 

 

With the aspect of this house being South East facing beautiful sun-rises can be enjoyed from the decking veranda which leads down to its own jetty. This is the perfect place to wine and dine during the day or on a summers evening. The decking has a traditional Finnish hot tub set into it, a wooden table for dining, and an open pit BBQ. 

 

 

We provide a number of special touches that make your stay in this house even more enjoyable and relaxing. Lake Springs House comes with its own rowing boat and life jackets which can be used to enjoy the lake with. Other comforts include under floor heating, crisp white cotton bed linen and luxury towels. You'll find a pair of binoculars to watch the abundant nature with. Logs are inclusive in your booking (from Sep-Apr) so you can keep your house as toasty as you like. The house is fitted with a 22” flat screen television and DVD player, board games and a selection of books for those occasions when you wish to just relax and unwind in your traditional Finnish Log House.
